Select the Access the Hiring Center link.

Select the Search for Requisitions dropdown arrow.

Search by Requisition ID is the most efficient. |

Place your cursor in the Search Value field. |

Application Stages
As you screen and select applicants, you will change the "stage" of their application.
A. Stage Sort
Use the Stage link (blue) to change the sort order of the applications.
B. Application Stage
In the Stage Column, see the stage that each application is in. In this example, the top two "not selected" applications are people who failed the application assessment. The 0% in the Criteria Match Column tells you this.
The third "not selected" is an applicant who passed the assessment but then withdrew their application.
The actions you take in the selection process change the stages of applications. |

C. Applications in section C were completed and the assessments was passed at 100% with the exception of those without scores. They didn't take the assessment.
D. Section D shows an applicant who passed the assessment at 100% but who did not complete the application. |

E. Indicators Column
Values in the indicator column tell you information about the applicant.

Possible Bar to Employment
* - Felony. Some jobs prohibit consideration from employment because of certain felonies. An asterisk indicates the need to look at the application for details of a felony. An additional sheet may sometimes be added. Ask the staffing specialist for this. |

Name Column
F. Select the Name Link to organize the applicants alphabetically.
G. Select an applicant name to see contact information.
H. To see applications submitted via FAX or mail, select the applicant's name. |

I. The Application Column
Use the Application Column to view applications. |

J. The Action Column
Use the Add Activity link to process applicants.
For example, when you will offer an applicant a job, you will add the activity "Offer Extended."

Select the View History link to see the dates and actions that have been taken for an applicant.
Example actions are Request Interview, Check Reference, Offer Extended, and so on. |

K. Check Boxes and Take Action
You can use the check boxes on the left of the screen and the Take Action field to take certain actions for groups of applicants.
For example, you may print applications for a group of applicants you have selected. End. |
